About this ebook

Commander Noa Sato doesn’t believe in aliens. She’s wrong.

Imprisoned on her home planet, accused of aiding an alien invasion, Noa witnesses the beginning of a genocide—however, the murderers are not aliens, but her own people. Launching a daring attempt to reach the Galactic Fleet, she makes an unlikely ally in stranded professor, James Sinclair.

But James is not all that he seems.

James is not the man he once was. He has technological augments that give him extraordinary abilities. His augments protect Noa and himself, but he has no memory of how he came to have them. Worse, the changes may be more than physical.

Noa’s mission and the answer to James’s mystery will put them at the center of a confrontation of galactic proportions.

A confrontation that challenges the boundaries between human and alien, man and machine.

A confrontation that might spell the doom of the entire human race.

This set includes:

I would like to thank C Gockel for introducing me into a rare and fantastical world or should I say worlds. The characters are all well written and come alive in each of the books that have been written. It's not just this series that I'm writing about, their are so many different books that have been written with each having their own character and amazing story lines. So keep up the good work and keep on writing about different places/worlds in space. Escapism in this day and age is nearly essential for our sanity.. Keep safe.

This boxset is brilliant and really draws you into the series. The worlds the author creates are spectacular, very believable and the behaviour of the characters is convincng. I loved it all, despite always failing to guess what would happen next! It truly is a (inter)stellar read as you discover new worlds in the adventure that is Noa Sato's life. Carl Sagan's Hunt for Intelligent Life in the Universe is esp. good. I could read about Hsissh for a very long time. Hsissh is a wonderful being and a special favourite of mine. I really can't recommend this enough. Every lover of galactic intrigue and adventure, fascinating beings and strong, realistic characters needs to read this. I bought all the books separately but a boxset keeps everything flowing smoothly :)

About the author

C. Gockel has been writing stories for her friends and family since the dark ages (i.e., before word processors existed.) A few years ago, she started posting those stories to the intertubes. She received emails, messages, and reviews from her fans telling her she should 'do this professionally.' She didn't; she is a coward and life as a digital designer, copywriter and coder is more dependable. But in the end, her husband's nagging wore her down: "You could be the next '50 Shades of Gray' and I could retire!" Unfortunately, the author writes science fiction and fantasy, and isn't particularly good at writing erotica. She is sad about this; she'd love for her husband to be able to retire and just work for her so she could nag him.

At the moment, Ms. Gockel is working on the next installment of the Archangel Project.
