About this ebook

Introductions is the first book in The Academy Ghost Bird Series.

With an agoraphobic mother and a barely-there father, Sang abhors the isolation keeping her in the shadows. The only thing Sang craves is a fresh start and to be accepted as ordinary by her peers, because for her being different meant being cast out alone.

When her family moves to a new school district, Sang infiltrates a group of boys nearly perfect in every way. Grateful for an influence outside of her parents’ negativity, she quickly bonds with the boys, hoping to blend in and learn from them what it means to have a natural relationship with friends.

Only the boys have secrets of their own and they’ll do anything to keep her safe from the knowledge of the mysterious Academy that they've sworn allegiance to. Bit by bit, Sang discovers that her friends are far from the normalcy she expected. Will her loyalty change when she's forced to remain in the dark, or will she accept that she's traded one house of secrets for another?

Meet Kota, Victor, Silas, Nathan, Gabriel, Luke and North in a story about differences and loyalty, truth and mystery, friendships and heart-throbbing intimacy.

The Academy, ever vigilant.

So I downloaded this book because it was a freebie... And now that I finished reading it I find I'm regrettably hooked. I usually try not download books that are part of a series unless I'm familiar with the author. This was my first book by this author, but it seems it wont be my last(already bought second book). If you're looking for a fast and easy read I don't recommend this for book for you. If you are going to read this book I recommend that in case you become addicted to this book as I did, that you are willing to spend cash on the following books that are part of this series.

The story took to long to build up andSang was a horrible main character. She was as lifeless and as dull as BellaSwan, she was pretty much every cliche in the world about a sad lonely broken girl in need of friends. I wanted to kick her.

The reading makes one wonder how the novice in a world of unknown etiquetts and mannerism takes personally, with the fear of being rejected & dejected....Beautifully projected ...with the fantacy & delusion. It makes the reader subdued, muted as well as hilarious at the change of situations. The tender minds are really to be taken care of affectionately so that the future guidance is well oriented. The friends and foes are always confronted .The neophites must be surely loved to gear up in their course smoothly & face the difficulties with courage. Excellent reading, especially for the cute , new generations... Thanks to the great writer C.L.Stone !!
