C is a popular 3rd generation programming language used to communicate with computer systems. C is a procedural, Compile type, features rich, simple programming language coined by Dennis Ritchie in the year 1973 at AT&T Bell labs, America. C was designed to write code for the early version of the UNIX operating system (1972-1973). It is also used for making device drivers, embedded systems, etc.
