Indomitable marine biologist Chris Black arrives in Florida intending to assist young aquanauts on an internationally funded mission to Calypso, the new undersea laboratory deployed on the edge of a coral reef. Along with his ocean adventures, Lindholm has drafted text for an executive order for the White House and has briefed members of the House and Senate on issues of marine science and policy. He works as the Chair of the Department of Marine Science at California State University, Monterey Bay.
