Freya is not a dreamer. She's a realist. Her career in PR keeps her busy but shows her what's behind the facade. Zack has his feet planted in the real world as well. His career as a doctor is emotional, frustrating but rewarding. A little at a time he is making a difference. His outlook is reality is sometimes tragic, a little dreaming helps. Seduced by the Heart Surgeon was not what I thought it would be. Carol Marinelli created a modern day fairytale that was a moving and climatic eye into the chaos of medicine and public relations. I thought she did a wonderful job in getting readers to fall in love with the romance, not just the couple.

Carol Marinelli recently filled in a form asking for her job title. Thrilled to be able to put down her answer, she put writer. Then it asked what Carol did for relaxation and she put down the truth - writing. The third question asked for her hobbies. Well, not wanting to look obsessed she crossed the fingers on her hand and answered swimming but, given that the chlorine in the pool does terrible things to her highlights – I’m sure you can guess the real answer.
