My Boyfriend's Boss: A Forbidden Bad Boy Romance

This book drove me nuts from the very beginning. It has a good premise, but if he was so smart and experienced, why would he pay her slimy, obnoxious, bragger of a boyfriend anything to get her, when he had all the info to get her for himself. He knew she had no where to go. Also, what mature, intelligent millionaire would screw an inexperienced virgin without protection. Those are the situations they avoid. If was contracting her, he should gave gotten her on birth control. So unrealistic, and I read books like this alot.

I think the erotica part could've been a little better (it was still great). A little more build up in their actual relationship. They did an amazing job setting up the story but started rushing once the peak in the storyline hit. A little more time and detail would've had us loving the couple for a romance as well as the sex! Just a tiny bit more effort into letting this poor girl grow (on screen, so to speak) would've really helped with character growth and building relationships between everyone. Over all, great story, but I hope the writer keeps this in mind in their future stories. Edit: after reading some comments, I want to mention this girl was basically abused and had the mentality of an abuse victim. That part was written quite well. She's been conditioned her entire life to behave this way. I'm actually gonna take my review from 4 to a 5 because reading the comments bashing this book agitated me because they're complaining about stupid things or ignorant view points.

to be honest in the beginning I rlly wanted to punch brick (male lead ) and had had some wth moments but eventually the story does improve n lead characters shows excellent character development .. another thing that was annoying was the age gap btw the characters (almost 22 I think ) .. so id say it was a good read if u can overlook the fact that she's almost half his age ....
