Catherine Barnard is University Senior Lecturer in Law and Jean Monnet Chair of European Law at the University of Cambridge and a Fellow of Trinity College.
Simon Deakin is Robert Monks Professor of Corporate Governance and Fellow of Peterhouse at the University of Cambridge.
Gillian S. Morris is former Professor of Law,now Professor Associate, at Brunel University, a barrister at Matrix Chambers, and a Deputy Chairman of the Central Arbitration Committee.
