About this ebook

There's a banshee in the basement, leprechauns in the kitchen, and a handsome man at her door. Guess which one scares her the most.

Tiffany Chiffon survived a battle with a demon but now has a new proliferation of problems, including her suppressed magical ability that's threatening to come out whether she likes it or not. After being tasked by a banshee to find a magical relic called a witch stone, she again finds herself in big trouble. Worse, she's discovering that she can't guard her heart - or those she loves - from disaster forever.

Unlucky In Love is a follow on to Always a Bridesmaid written several years ago. I read that first one two years ago and felt like it really was just a teaser. Now I'm getting to see more of the story and am excited. This reads much like a serial would, with each book being a small part of a whole story. Her rebranding of them into the Fire Dancer series with the addendum 'A bite-sized urban fantasy tale' is pretty accurate. So if you're looking for a quick, sweet read, with a gradually building romance and lots of small adventures with magic and magical creatures, this is a great set for you! Start with Always a Bridesmaid for sure or you'll be a bit lost.

This an amazingly well written installment to the series has plenty of magic and mischief. Characters are well developed and engaging and the although short packed a punch looking forward to the next installment. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
