Take Your "7-Day Brain Power Challenge"

Increase Brain Power In 7 Days

Why are you reading this? Because:

- You want to unlock the limitless power of what your mind has to offer.

- You want to have better cognitive skills from memory to concentration.

- You want to be able to think faster and smarter to get ahead in your life.

- You want to learn anything easily to excel in the workplace or at school.

- You want to keep your brain healthy and in top shape for years to come.

The human brain is a miraculous machine and the best computer that you will ever find. Every day your brain is challenged in ways you don’t consider. Whether it’s trying to remember a friend’s phone number, trying to finish a report for work or school, or handling issues with other people, you rely on your brain to help you with your reasoning and creative problem-solving abilities.

Many factors come into play in how your brain operates. Everything you do, from the foods that you eat to the amount of exercise that you get each day, will affect your brain positively or negatively. The choices you make can also affect your ability to focus and retain, particularly bad choices that can lead to health consequences—depression, stress, and even dementia like Alzheimer's disease.

This is why it’s important to maintain a healthy active brain, so that it keeps functioning properly through common daily tasks. But what if your brain could do far more than it does now—if you were to bring out the full power of your brain, just think about what you could do.

What many people aren't aware of is that there are certain ways to enhance brain capabilities—besides simply changing a routine, sleeping better, or even eating brain-boosting food—such as manually manipulating your own brainwaves for the ideal state to achieve whatever you want, all backed by scientific findings and practical enough to be easily implemented.

You can literally train your brain like a muscle to synchronize both left-and-right hemispheres, improve its synaptic connection, and increase neural activities in your brain.

That is what the "7-Day Brain Power Challenge" is all about—including a variety of quick and easy-to-perform daily exercises to help give your brain a boost and information very few know about on rewiring your brain to unlock its true potential to improve your whole life.

With the "7-Day Brain Power Challenge," your brain can do things that you can only begin to imagine.

This book was much better than I was expecting when I purchased it. The first chapter was a little longer than I would have liked; I wanted it to get into meat of the matter – the heart of the book – and how this Brain Challenge can actually improve brain function and memory. It was a good introduction, but a little long in my opinion. The rest of the book was very well written and extremely informative. It was explained in a way that anyone can understand, and in a tone that is conversational to anyone reading. It was structured in a way that is clear and easy to follow. After the introduction, each day has its own chapter with a step by step process on what you should do to improve your cognitive functions. I was a little worried to read it at first. Most books that have a similar structure use repetition to get the max word count out of their writing, but this one didn’t. It re-iterated previous information from the chapters/day before it in a way that was more of a reminder than repetition. It was engaging, refreshing, and encouraging all at the same time. It was as if the author was there with me, as a sort of personal trainer, towards expanding the abilities of my brain. This book definitely deserves a 4.5 out of 5 stars. I would give it a 5-star review, but there were helpful links and pictures that I wasn’t able to click on and access through the eBook. It didn’t seem like anyone had proofed the book before having it published, either. However, even with these small imperfections, the book is fabulous and extremely helpful. I didn’t know a book could be the reason my memory has improved, but I was proved wrong. I’m so glad I read this book and have already started recommending it to friends and family.

At first glance this seems like just another pseudo-science mambo jumbo worded attempt to appeal to people’s fascination and lack of understanding of how the brain works and how we can best utilize our brain function. On second glance it appears that the author has put together a well-written appeal for readers to revitalize their brain active. The thesis of the book states that our brains are like computers and need to be restarted every once in a while. The concept is sound and that is shown more and more through each chapter. It is a 7 day overhaul of the brain as a muscle. The theory is that it is doing mundane things only and that through this course of action over a period of 7 days that function is renewed. New pathways are created and you your mind will be sharper and clearer. I especially liked the idea, in Chapter 5, of speed reading being used as a way to give your brain a killer workout. Every once in a while your brain needs something like that. I have always wanted to practice speed reading and when I tried it I wanted to make it a habit. At the end of the 7 days it does feel as if you are thinking in a different way.

Most of us (myself included) assume that our brain becomes less sharp as we age. We take it for granted that our memory and concentration will get worse. I was ready to accept this, and then I came across this book. It’s easy to read and fairly short, but it really packs a lot of information on ways to keep your brain sharper and more healthy for a longer period of time. There are 7 days of simple exercises to do, and they’re fun! My favorite things about the book are the interactive aspects – crossword puzzles and links to certain sounds that either enhance the brain’s power or calm it down, helping creativity. There is a speed reading test, a “what’s missing from this picture?” test and certain foods and supplements are mentioned that help brain function. I’m following all the advice and have added some of the foods to my diet. In maybe 20 minutes a day, I feel I am helping my brain stay positive, young and active. That’s pretty amazing!
