Changed is a wonderful addition to the Gold Hockey Series and this time we get to know Lucas and Maddy and all I need to say is this is one emotional read !!!!! From the moment I picked this book up I was captivated and there was no putting down until the final word had been read and even then I wanted more. Lucas took some warming up too but once I saw his real side I fell hard and fast but it was Maddy who took over my heart because I felt all the pain and heartbreaking emotions

This was an emotional story that ticked the boxes for me. My heart broke for Maddy and all that life has thrown at her and I was frustrated with Lucas at times.  Their journey was challenging and rocky at times, but it was worth it. Once Lucas gets his head out of the sand, it was entertaining to watch as their relationship developed. Ms. Faber drew me in and held me hostage from the first chapter with a story that held drama, heat and romance.

She and her husband also play as much hockey as they can squeeze into their schedules, so much so that their typical date night is spent on the ice.
