About this ebook

Sookie Stackhouse has one last adventure in store.

Life has taken her from a waitress in Merlotte's Bar, Bon Temps, to part owner; from social outcast to the heart of her community; from a vampire's girlfriend to the wife of one of the most powerful vampires in the state.

She has survived explosions, revolutions and attempts on her life. Sookie has endured betrayal, heartbreak and grief ... and she has emerged a little stronger, and little wiser, every time.

But with life comes new trials ...

The question is, in the end: who will love, who will live, and who will be dead ever after?

out of all 13 books this one was the worst. i knew sookie would get with sam but eric leaving so easy with no drama... i dont think so. poor bill got no ending at all. karin is a pointless character. the only thing that was good was that claude came back, i didnt see that.

Really enjoyed this read, sue the writing isn't great and the style of this last book felt odd especially at the start, but in terms of ending a series and wrapping up all the ends it is great. Sookie ends up where she should be, wiser and ready to enjoy a simpler life. Alright some people are unhappy about the ending for Eric, but really what else was he going to do, what other choice would he have made. If you have spent the series hoping love will trump vampire nature you are out of luck. Often i finish a book or a set of books, feeling like there should be more, dissatisfied with ending or the many questions I am left with. This book left no questions just a warm glow.

Very very poor effort Charlaine Harris! As a loyal fan for years I am utterly dissapointed that this was printed. It wasn't just the ending.. The book felt rushed as there was no real plot and Sookie Stackhouse's point of view was terribly written. Do yourselves a favour folks, dont waste your money or your download. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! Sad that as a loyal fan this was all I was left with. Glad I gave my series of Sookie books away.
