About this eBook

Mercenary
She was just a job.
I needed to get in and uncover the Iron Fists’ next move. They’d hit the Oath Keepers enough in the past, and being the newest member, it was up to me to get close. Had I known I’d be getting close to Chevelle, maybe I could’ve prepared myself. I went in seeking revenge and came out wanting to protect one thing—her.

Chevelle
Running The Pit was my life.
I needed nothing and no one except my cars and a heart-thumping race. Gear head, Pit Master, alpha bitch, take your pick on what you’d rather call me. However, make note of one thing: I take shit from no one. Not even a broody, bossy, gorgeous biker aiming for my race spot and heart.

5 praiseworthy stars! Review by Nancy Late Night Reviewer for Up All Night w/ Books Blog Sapphire Knight delivers every single time! Chevelle is provocative, intoxicating and yet wholesome. No one can deliver alpha quite like she can. Mercenary meets his match with Chevelle, from the moment they meet it is a battle of wills. They are both used to being in charge, of being the alpha. So what happens when two dominant personalities crash, they create fireworks! Chevelle learned the hard way how to protect herself, how to make others respect her, and treat her like the boss she is. When Mercenary walks into The Pit, her Pit, all alpha and confident, she makes sure to let him know who is in charge and it is most definitely not him. She has been around enough bikers to know that she needs to stay away from them. What she fails to realize is Mercenary wants her, and he always gets what he wants. Mercenary is determined to make Chevelle his, he has never met a woman who holds his attention quite like she does. Not only is she gorgeous, but she can hold her own, she is strong, smart, and fiesty. He might be in for the battle of his life with this one, but there is no way he is letting her walk away from him. As someone who has read every book in the Oath Keepersseries, I will tell you this book is everything you’d expect and then some. Sapphire has had me from book one, she captivates you with her words and gives life to this MC series. Chevelle is a must read, it is hot, witty, angsty, and entertaining. A complete standalone with a HEA. I can not wait to see what else Sapphire has in store for us!

I love reading mc alpha male erotica romance & have read ALOT of them!~my only complaint or negative feedback with alot (more than not) is the woman that the sexy alpha biker falls for is by him rescuing or saving her from some senerio, like she's dependent or powerless & would be less than without him.- stereotypical damsel in distress senerio- ugh This is definitely my favorite mc story & I'd be surprised if it ever leaves my #1 spot. FINALLY the sexy alpha biker falls hard for an equally sexy alpha female who can give as good as she takes. I think it's sexy as hell how their relationship developes throughout the book & the strong, feisty independent woman doesn't lose her identity in their relationship~in my opinion making both characters so much more appealing & hotter & the chemistry extra yummy= a true alpha biker NEEDS an alpha woman to challenge him in ways to make him want to be on his top game. I was so sad that this is a standalone and not book 1 of a whole mc series:(
