Broke up with my ex of 5 years before christmas and this book came just at the right time for me to deal with the breakup! However, this is more than just a 'breakup tool' it is a framework for how you deal with any and all relationships with men going forward. Really opened my eyes to some ideas and roles i take in relationships. Would recommend to everyone, not just those who identify as women. Also, if your fed up with arguing with your brother, dad, boyfriend, male friends about the patriachy and 'not all men' they should read this or chiddera's other book 'what a time to be alone'.
