About this ebook

When a wedding turns dangerous, the best man and maid of honor must work together to protect a little girl in this inspirational romantic suspense.

On his cousin’s Christmas cruise wedding, navy SEAL Jordan Somerton anticipated having the typical best man duties—not facing down criminals boarding the ship. But when the luxury liner is infiltrated by men determined to kidnap the flower girl, he’s plunged into an unexpected mission. Maid of honor and DEA agent Amy Delgado hasn’t forgiven Jordan for a misunderstanding in their past. But with her young niece targeted, she must draw on Jordan’s skills as a protector. Signs point to an inside job. With a traitor in their midst, can they ensure that every passenger returns home safely for the holidays . . . even as they find love amid deepening danger?

This was such an awesome book. I was hooked from the very first page, and couldn’t wait to find out what was going to happen next. I felt like I was on an adventure and loved every minute of it. I enjoyed watching how the characters reacted to each other and seeing their relationships. Jordan and Amy had a history and I loved how we were able to see little bits of it throughout the story. This book follows the two of them as they are on a cruise ship for Neesha’s wedding. Dancing together as best man and maid of honor just might end up being the least of their worries. Jordan loves his family. Even if at times their meddling has caused more than a little stress. Hoping that everyone will be focused on his cousin and her soon to be husband, he hopes he can sit back and relax. Seeing Amy all dressed up and beautiful, just might throw a wrench in his plans. When criminals set their sights on the flower girl all his feelings are thrown aside. Can Jordan and Amy get along for long enough to find who’s behind the danger? Or are there more sinister plans in motion that the criminals will do anything to make sure they are successful? I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a great suspenseful read. I was kept on the edge of my seat trying to figure out who was causing so many problems and why. It was fun seeing Amy and Jordan learn to lean on each other. I liked watching as they struggled with forgiveness and learning to let go of the past to see what is right in front of you. I received a copy of this book from the author and was in no way obligated to post a positive review. All opinions expressed are my own.
