About this ebook

What happens when your unborn children are in mortal danger?

Lord Cuthbert 'Cuddy' Trenton is carrying twins, but as well as the perils of childbirth, the omega contends with a palace awash with gossip about the two babies being a sign of evil. No one is safe, and Cuddy's mate, Viscount Henry Caldwell, plans to take his family and escape the court after the birth.

Queen Eleanor, Cuddy's sister, forbids them to leave, and sets up a battle of wills between a queen and her alpha brother-in-law.

But they cannot depart until the little ones are born.

Neither the omega nor the alpha is prepared for the anguish of birthing two babies, and Cuddy's life is in danger as a drunken midwife prepares to bring their children into the world.

Despite his misgivings, Henry chooses to stay by the omega's side as their little ones make an entrance. And what an entrance it is!

This is a 6000-word short, which continues the story begun in The Omega’s Gamble,The Omega’s Wagerand The Omega’s Pledge.

About the author

My characters are sexy, hot, adorable - and often filthy - alphas and omegas. They include feudal lords with dark secrets, outrageous aristocrats with scandals buried deep in their past and poverty-stricken gentleman who have gambled away their inheritance.

Lurking in the background are kings, princesses and courtiers whose opinions change with each whisper in their ear.

As for me? I dictate my steamy stories with a glass of champagne in one hand. Because why not?
