About this eBook

I’ve sworn off the holidays. She’s obsessed with them.

The last thing I want is to be is stuck with Eden, the bubbly owner of the bed and breakfast. But the frigid tension between us is nothing compared to the storm brewing outside. When a fallen tree blocks the road to town and forces me back to the inn, I spot two strangers through the window—and no sign of Eden. With the police unable to reach us, I’m her only hope for rescue.

In an upstairs bedroom Eden has been bound and gagged. But the relief of finding her alive is short-lived as the men’s nefarious plans for her unfold. We soon become the hunted as we evade the intruders—and run headlong into the storm. With danger closing in from every side, our fortitude is tested like never before.

It’s a fight for survival—and this is one storm we may not escape…

This was a fantastic book. Suspenseful and dramatic. Eden runs a B&B and clashes with Nick but when she is held captive, it's up to Nick to help her. The plot in this book really grabs on and doesn't let go. Nick and Eden really clash at first but when trouble strikes, Nick's attention really wakes her up. Very well written, both Nick and Eden were such likeable characters and this plot and sassy dialogue makes this a must read. Highly recommended!!. I really enjoyed this book, so much that I went and bought the rest of the series after reading this one. The book is short 145ish pages and a quick read but doesn't feel rushed. Nick wasn't super likable at first but he explains why he is so against the holiday. Overall I'd read it again. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Nick and Eden are complete opposites. She is the owner of the bad and breakfast that Nick is staying at. He tries to leave but can't because of a storm so he goes back and realizes that there are strange there and that they have kidnapped Eden. Do they get away? Really good book. I would definitely recommend this book. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
