Corporate Member of ‘Institution of Engineers (India). In addition, he is also a Published-Writer with several articles on ‘Socio-Political, Economical & Historical Issues’ in various Editorials. Author Vikas Kumar is an Urban Planner based in Patna. He has a Bachelor of Planning degree from the School of Planning and Architecture Vijayawada. He is also a member of the National Urban Planners Council and an associate member of the Institute of Town Planners, India.
