This obviously is one of the best management books around. if you don't have it buy it. If you had the previous version or are familiar with the tool like me; don't. It simply offers to little new insights and data. I was hoping for an in-depth drill down in this version but it remained shallow and did not take the framework further. As such It was a waste of my money and left me disappointing.
