As the saying goes, never show a gun in the first act if you aren't going to fire it in the second. This book set up the reader with so many wonderful details that should have been culminating to a far more exciting conclusion than the one we received. Absolutely loved the first two thirds of this book, but let down by a lackluster ending.

I think this book deserves higher rating. It may be weird to some, but I think the author successfully used a quirky way to criticize society. Yes, this book is not one of those cliche love stories, which is what makes it so good. There're so many things that can be learned and not only taken on surface value. Totally recommend.

It was too short, An unusual circumstance and quite cleverly written. Wanted it to end more romantically, a bit spicier..
