关于此电子书

When a business-minded city girl reconnects with a small-town country boy, she discovers that life might be more than spreadsheets and meetings—if she can only learn to slow down her gallop.

Diana Sheldon is satisfied with her career in book publishing. She’s great at managing projects and client expectations in Baltimore, but she’s never quite found her groove in the romance department.

When her estranged father begrudgingly reaches out for advice with a dire financial situation, she reluctantly returns to Round Hill, Virginia. He needs help, so she’ll do what she does best. Fix things.

As she gets reacquainted with the locals, she’s surprised to learn the pain-in-the-ass kid she used to know can help solve her father’s problems. Jesse Campbell is all grown up now and sexy as hell, and he offers a mutually beneficial partnership. All they must do is work together. How hard can that be?

Urban and country sensibilities collide and business dealings are more tangled and mysterious than originally anticipated. Diana’s saddled up and ready for the ride of her life. Can this focused and disciplined workaholic learn to match Jesse’s easy country canter for a chance at romance?

作者简介

Sandra Kyle is a first-generation American, born to Italian parents who came to the United States in search of a better life. Along with their dreams, they brought vivid tales: some wonderful, some far-fetched, and some downright terrifying. Sitting and listening to those stories around the kitchen table is where her love for storytelling began.

A historical and contemporary romance author, Sandra is also a film fan and proud introvert. She currently resides on the East Coast with her husband.
