Jasmine is so desperate for a job. After completing an interview, she realizes that there are a lot of people with much more experience than her. Disheartened, she prepares to pound the pavement again. She's shocked to find an employee offering her an interview for a different position with the owner. Ethan offers the beauty an offer that's so very hard to refuse. Especially if your poor, unemployed, and close to eviction. I enjoyed the banter back and forth between these two. Although parts of this story were hard to believe, I did enjoy it. The issues with Ethan's partner was out in left field. Especially when he takes matters into his own. I was a little disappointed in the ending. It just seemed a little to easy.

I thoroughly enjoyed this collection by an author I have not read before. Ethan and Jasmine have fantastic chemistry. While this is a story about power exchange, do not think Jasmine is not some meek submissive. I am looking forward to reading the what happens after this story, although you do not need to, as this story does have an ending (no cliffhanger). This is an honest review of an ARC. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
