DNA array technology is a technique for studying gene expression by comparing samples of different genes. The result is an enormous amount of data that must be carefully analyzed in order for it to be useful and meaningful. This book examines both data analysis and techniques for ensuring optimal experimental conditions. In addition, the technique has applications in a number of neurological disorders such as Alzheimer's disease, schizophrenia, multiple sclerosis, and neurological cancers.
