About this ebook

Lachlan is delighted to be picked by Tesla to help her friend out in Germany on a sensitive joint operation. Yet, when he finds out what’s involved, he’s shocked and intrigued. He’s not so overjoyed at the several references to how this “friend” would be perfect for him.

Leah is relatively new to her job as a military analyst based in Germany. When her department is asked to help in a joint task force, she’s afraid she’s in over her head. She’s worked with several of these people before, but this case is an international banking scandal, which everyone is anxious to keep out of the media. But that’s pretty hard to do when the kidnapped victims survive, and a loved one doesn’t.

As the bodies pile up, Lachlan realizes this is more about keeping Leah safe and less about helping Tesla out. It doesn’t take long for him to agree, and she becomes his priority too.

Entertaining read with our men of honor. Travel a slightly different road with banking, kidnapping in the global world. Lachlan is our main seal and he, with Alex and Marcus are there to assist Leah in this endeavor. Since this is not only happening in Germany but in the UK Jonas is present. It was a nice change getting to see the rapport between Jonas and the guys, not just the usual trash talking. Leah is doing her best to help solve this situation and people in her job are not taking her seriously enough. The ending had a twist, I knew the bad guy, or a bad guy and as causal Dale stirs it up. Thank you for the arc, I freely volunteer my thoughts and opinions.

A 3.5 stars read. I'm a big fan of this series, it's always a fast-paced full action with insta-romance read, perfect when I need some pick-me-up on a long crazy hectic day. This one is no exception, it's still an entertaining read, full of action and love the mystery of finding out who's behind all these kidnapping and murder. I like the romance, it's an insta-love but stil cute for me. Not a big fan of Leah though, her attitude kinda annoying, it's like she's in denial with all these attacks while everyone is trying to protect her, but I loveee Lachlan, well Dale Mayer always write alpha hero that I love and I'm hoping for that MI6 series because I loveeee Jonah ahahahha that guy really get under my skin. Good fast-past mystery read with cute insta-love. You guys should try this one if you're craving something fast and entertaining.

Lachlan doesn't believe he is ready to meet the one and is over everyone talking about it and while sent over to Germany to help on a mission finds it refreshing Leah feels the same way. What neither of them expect is not only for attraction between the two to grow between them, nor the ongoing attacks and danger they are constantly in while trying to determine who is behind everything and who if anyone they can trust. I loved the twists as well as not knowing what will happen next and to top it off the perfect match between Leah and Lachlan. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
