He has opened some of Sydney's most exciting dining destinations and is now Executive Chef of multiple Merivale restaurants across Sydney, including Ms G's, Sushi-E, Lotus Bistro, Queen Chow and the Cantonese powerhouse Mr Wong.

An accomplished food and travel writer, food media consultant, radio broadcaster, television presenter, MC and cookbook editor, this first-generation Singaporean Australian isn't afraid to eat anything at least once.
