About this ebook

The development of technology, industry, and household increases the need for clean water, and nowadays humans are also facing the problem of climate change. Who is responsible for maintaining the quality of water? Without doubt, architects hold a big role, along with the government and society. It is time that we utilize the use of water, not only as an element to "beautify" architectural masterpieces, but also as a part of an integrated and sustainable system. SKETSA 29: Water Architecture reminds us to coexist with water, not hostile. This edition of SKETSA examines the relationship between water and architecture in different contexts, such as politics, culture, and education.
