The book itself was quite detailed for a short story and as another reviewer said it does help after been read to my children to get them to sit still whilst there hair is done with much less fuss.my daughter's hair us stunning and very long so sometimes I've had to say I'll cut it off if you don't sit still. Now she's seen that dandelion had her hair cut I know she will be very different. It's a good little story and we enjoyed reading it together.

Dandelion does not comb her hair and her father makes songs about how untidy it is. Her brother makes fun of her too. Once Dandelion gets into a mess because of all this. How do they solve it? Cute story for children.

Dandelion so cool and grumpy I dont think it's bad. Having short hair I didn't like the part when she was sad but didn't matter if she got tangled and laughed at she could be brave and if they laugh she can laugh to if her mother said to brush her hair she should listen:-D
