About this eBook

Sometimes accepting who you are is the greatest battle of all.

No matter how hard she tries, Rosie worries that she won’t be able to save all the vampires who are doomed to be burned. With time slipping through her fingers, Rosie makes a choice that she knows will follow her forever. Haunted by crimes she didn’t mean to commit, Rosie is certain Bastien will never be able to forgive her.

Striking out on a mission to help Kerdik find his father, Rosie vows to do all she can to end Dother for the good of Faîte. With Lugh by her side and Dub on the loose, Rosie knows that no many how many lifetimes she lives, this final battle will haunt her forever.

As the last book left off, girlfriend is imprisoned with other vampires, waiting to be burned alive. She brings out the crazy, digging deep into her knowledge of self to rally the vamps and stand up to their warden...and that's just the first three chapters! I've never been disappointed by anything by this author, and Rosie steadily holds top spot of Twomey's heroines in my heart. This 11th installment wraps up the story very well, while the knowledge of Rosie's extended lifetime leaves us expecting that there's plenty of time for her adventures to continue. Can't wait to see what life in Avalon is like in the next books! (I was given an advance copy of this book for review.)

This entire Faite series is incredible. I'm sad that I only have 2 books left!

out of all the books in this series, this one made me ball my eyes out in the beginning, made me mad in the middle, and then made me ball at the end.
