About this ebook

The Adventures of Robinson Crusoe is an interesting story of travel and ingenuity, written by Daniel Defoe. Robinson Crusoe is an impulsive young man who seeks adventure in the seas against the wishes of his parents. However, soon after leaving his home, he is enslaved but does not lose his heart and is later rescued. He follows his fortune to Brazil, where he makes wealth from plantations. Thereafter he makes expeditions again, this time to bring slaves from Africa, but a shipwreck leaves him marooned on an island. Here Robinson would endure his hard life with a few provisions collected from the ill-fated ship and his firm belief in God.
