Then she wouldn't be a topic on daytime talk shows, or on the cover of tabloids, or incarcerated, or have time to edit her journals...The supremely talented Daniel Handler has perfectly captured the absurdity of school life in this wickedly funny, dark-as-can-be novel.

About the author
DANIEL HANDLER is based in San Francisco where he lives with his wife, Lisa Brown. He is the author of the hugely popular Series of Unfortunate Events novels, as well as one other adult title, Watch Your Mouth. He recently appeared on a Hallmark greetings card - the inside of the card was left blank.
