I couldn't finish the sample, as I got so dreadfully bored. There was too much criticizing on "Lady Gresham's" part and not enough passion. I found that Darcy made their intellectual compatibility way too easy, and failed to provide that passion we all love in a romance (or at least not quickly enough for me to stay). Disappointed because the description and the prologue sounded very intriguing. I should point out that I loved Darcy Burke's "The Untouchables" series so it's really just this book I can't get along with.
