The book was ok in my opinion because it was mainly centered around nature. I do agree that spending time outdoors can be more beneficial than staying indoors but I feel like that was an already given to people before even reading this book. In my opinion the greatest point for "Calming the Hectic Mind" was "qigong". I learned something new and I personally believe it's a great way to relax your mind and body.

I would call this more of a pamphlet tha n a book, its only a few pages of very basic stuff that I think would be common sense. But hey, it was free and I appreciate getting something for nothing either way!
