This is the third Before Watchmen volume that I've read, Rorschach/Comedian and Dr. Manhattan/Nite Owl before it. I must say that the Minutemen portion is the single greatest addition to the original story (in my opinion) that I've had the privilege to experience. It really does a great deal to flesh out some otherwise throwaway type characters and most important, it in no way detracts from the source material and in every way enriches it.

The plots are good. Characters are relatable and understandable. Artworks look nice. This is a true prequel of The Watchmen's Saga and surely not everyone will like it. But I love it and add it to my Library Shelves right here on Google Books. (^_^)d

More of a comic book and less of an experience than The Watchmen. It's still a good read for fan of the original story.
