I'm only giving four stars because of the many grammatical errors it contains, other than that I would give it five stars. I really enjoyed readings this book and have learned new things. It's my second book from Dave Ramsey as I first read The Total Money Make Over. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to get their finances on the right track and doesn't know where to start. I'm already on a great path to financial freedom thanks to the first book, this book certainly adds valuable information.

Added chapters but didn't actually update the information. You could tell it was a pre-year 2000 book. Lots of misspellings were distracting. But overall the book has some great information and "baby steps" you can take to get financial peace.

I dont know for sure if this question has ever come up but if Ramesy is so dedicated to getting others out of debt, then why are his books so much more expensive than the others? I thought the whole point of getting out of debt was spending less money on this like this???? "Get out of debt:buy my book!" *SMH*
