A bit of an essay however...I am utterly and forever 'ruined' by the brilliant mind that is David Baldacci. Plot after brilliant plot, I find myself waiting for the next installment like an addict waits for a fix. I want to read it to convince myself he must trip up cos nobody is this consistently great, I am grateful that to date I am proven wrong every time! Respectfully said Patricia Scarpetta should have learned long ago to diversify her characters and not kill them off without the foresight of how to navigate the future. Mr. Baldacci I bet you do the stock markets amazingly well lol! BTW Atlee is a refreshing new addition and I love how you are not ageist with giving a defining and equally important role to Carol Blum. I did not see Wallis' death coming and really liked that Atlee and Lerado didn't do the predictable end up tossing the hey together lol and left the door open on meeting up again. You are the proverbial pied piper of my time Mr Baldacci ♥
