Even though this book is free, more effort in how it's put together would have been good. it's a mishmash of miscellaneous items, not bullet pointed & dissimilar items just mixed up in a paragraph. Ridiculous to copyright it when some of the items have been printed elsewhere MANY times before, e.g. "drink 2 litres of water daily" . based on the little effort put into this, I wouldn't buy any of this author's works.

this is less of detailed advice and more a list of things to try to improve your life. it's probably good to use as a pair with books that explain mothe of why you should change a habit or play of life.
