a wonderful study of characters and sense of place..both desolate and beautiful...a cracking story with many layers that invite the reader to pause and have a little think. The books just get better and better...
About the author
Garry Disher has published fifty titles across multiple genres and is best known as Australia's King of Crime. He has won the Deutscher Krimi Preis four times and the Ned Kelly Award three times. In 2018 he received the Ned Kelly Lifetime Achievement Award.
