And those people have long, unforgiving memories. But Carter is no pushover. He’s got more heavy-duty magical power than most of those with his skill set, and he’s more than happy to use it on anyone or anything who tries to stop him from finding his sister’s killer.
And when he does, he is going to make them pray for death—and then he’s going to answer their prayers...
