Dee Ann Turner built and grew a thirty-three-year career at Chick-fil-A, Inc. In 2001, she became Chick-fil-A's first female officer--vice president, talent--responsible for franchisee selection, talent acquisition, talent management and development, diversity and inclusion, culture and engagement, and social responsibility and sustainability. She now leads her own company, Dee Ann Turner & Associates, helping organizations create and strengthen culture and talent to better serve customers. A sought-after speaker, she has shared her expertise at venues such as the Coca-Cola Company, Dr Pepper/Snapple, Propel Women Leadership Summit with John Maxwell and Christine Caine, Right Now Media, Truth at Work Conference, Clemson University, Georgia Institute of Technology, Texas A & M, and the US Air Force Academy's National Leadership and Character Symposium, among others. The author of It's My Pleasure and Bet on Talent, Turner lives in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband. They have three grown sons, who are attempting to follow their mom's advice.
