I've red this book and I believe that this book covers all the basic and advanced information regarding food technology courses and will be very beneficial for competitive exams but unfortunately I found that some of the MCQ's have given the wrong answer in the answer keys which should be checked. Few of the questions are marked incorrect which can deduct the marks of students. Kindly check that please.

In some chapters answers are skipping one place i.e. in answer key no. 1000 corresponds to question no. 1001. Vague questions are filled up to increase the thickness of the book. You can get atmost 200 important questions out of 1000 from each chapter.
