I wanted to give you another 5 stars. But with the many and I do mean many typos in this book that could have been found and fixed easily with a grammar editing program. maybe you had no control over printing and they made the errors. Whichever it is, as a Dislexic who took correcting errors in spelling very serious. I grew up when having Dyslexia ment you were slow and must repeat the 1st grade. I also had bad handwriting. So even in Elementary school. I typed my homework if the Teacher would let me. My High school and College teachers did Mark down errors in spelling or use of correction tape or white out. So I would write my report in a day and take 3 to get the typing right. My end of the Year reports, some being 15 to twenty pages single type. Took many nights of not sleeping and making things perfect. I feel getting editing wrong or not proofreading can push many bad reactions from me. I love your stories, but I would find another editor.

So the last books' cliffhangers are still waiting for resolution although there was more world building and background to lead us somewhere, up the coast or west or back, I can't tell. Still more than happy to devour the series. I'm a post apocalyptic story junky. If you loved this one and you can't get enough of the end/ new beginning of the world, try the After Urth series and Angela White's Life After War series.

Book one and book two of this series was amazing it will keep you on the edge of your seat but for some reason book three kind of drug itself out quite a long time. Don't get me wrong it's a really good book but it just seemed like that a lot of the characters had so much explaining to do about every little detail about how they felt or what the sky looks like or the heat of the day that it kept pulling away from the story telling.

About the author

Deirdre Gould lives in Central Maine with her three children and husband. She's also resided in northern Idaho, coastal Virginia and central Pennsylvania, but all of them just led her back home. The winters sure are cold, but that just means the zombies run slower. The area is isolated, but that just means the apocalyptic diseases don't spread as quickly. And the storms are bad enough that no one thinks you're crazy for "prepping." It's kind of ideal for a post-apocalypse writer when you think about it.
