About this eBook

This demon fighting business used to be so simple. Get in, use my thrall to dust pesky incubi and get paid the big bucks. A girl’s gotta do what she’s gotta do.

Now there’s a Demon Child on a feeding rampage. I’d get all the kudos if I killed him but no one’s fronting up with the cash -- until the most infuriating vampire I’ve ever met wants to hire me. By the way, working for a vampire is strictly taboo.

So, how do I kill this one? Can’t use my sex thrall when he looks like a kid, silver doesn’t hurt him and stakes don’t work either. This time, I have to rely on my wits, my skills and, worst of all, teamwork! We might all be doomed.

If you like snarky vampires, snappy dialogue, and hot-blooded team dynamics, then you’ll love this fiendishly fun adventure.

I really enjoyed the story line. It was well thought out. Although the grammar wasn't exactly sales-worthy. There were numerous mistakes throughout the book where you will have to guess what the author intended to write. Mispellings as well as words that didn't belong in a sentence at all. Another example is in one sentence the author uses the word "when" instead of "went". Makes me think the book was seriously rushed or the author used speak-to-type.

I thought this was an action packed fun read. I found this to NOT be your typical YA vampire novel (hooray!). I also enjoyed the way the author shared the heroine's thought process and the fact that said thoughts weren't over done or annoying. One comment regarding one of the "most helpful reviews" I don't recall any actual sex scenes, just one sexy scene - so tame in comparison to the typical chick lit romance novel (no mentions of his throbbing manhood entering her womanly essence, ha!) and no where approaching Fifty Shades, but definitely PG-13. The protagonist is totally lusting and thinks about attractive potential partners a lot, healthy female sexuality. No wilting flowers here. I comment because I don't want anyone to miss out thinking this a graphic adult novel. Although, I have read my fair share of those too and find them appealing at times as well. I just wouldn't categorize this as such. 🙂
