Demon Dawn

OMG! I loved Brenna!! She was fierce, but I think she is one of the character in this serie that grew the most as a person. Her story was different than most of those woman in the other Resurrection Chronicles. She is a survivor in more ways than one and she not only goes through all of her "stuff", but she helps others overcome and adapt to a lot of situation. She is a role model, while not being perfect. She does make mistakes, but she owns them and I think that's what make her sot great. I did like the other heroines, but I think Brenna is officially my girl-crush for this serie The storyline was fast-paced and hilarious (as it should be with those wanting feys), but it also showed another side of those gentle giants. I really loved the way the author actually dives a bit more into their psyche and gives them a bit more depth than the woman-loving and obsessed creature that they are, while also retaining the basic of their nature. Finally, the family center that we had glimpses of throughout the other books, was front and center in this one as Brenna is part of a beautiful and loving family, with all the troubles and quirky remarks only one's mom and brother could bestow.
