It helped open my mind to a greater understanding of what I can't quite fully describe yet but I feel a change and difference brewing inside me. I feel I understand it better on the subconscious level but it's subtlety trickling down and out to my conscience at a pace that is coming to a point of I know what I need to do from my dreams but I'm not quite ready yet for it all. It's hard for to me believe sometimes what I feel but the more time goes by it feels more right, what I'm learning. I don't know if anyone else understands or agrees with me, it's weird to explain for me.
