The first time I read this book was in the early 70s during my primary school. I fell in love with Helen instantly. The copy that I read belongs to my late aunt, with torn covers and pages. I love the story, written in a very simple narrations that make you want to read more and more to know the ending of the story and along the way making you immersed deeper into the plot. By the time I finished my university days, again I tried to read the book, but sad to say that my Mom has it thrown away due to its shabby and torn pages. Thank you Google books, I have the opportunity to visit Helen again....
