Mumbai had a series of bomb blasts in March 1993. The mastermind, Dawood Ibrahim, behind these terror attacks is not known to many. The don wanted to surrender himself and prove his innocence. Neeraj Kumar born on July 4th 1953 was the former Commissioner of Police in Delhi. He served his police career of long 37 years in Delhi, Arunachal, Mizoram and Goa. He won the president’s police medal award for his remarkable service in 1992 and then again in 1999. He retired as the commissioner of police in 2013.
