I liked the previous two novels, but I'm 44 pages (including title page and stuff) into this one and it's focusing quite a bit on the size of the girls' busts. I'm not really comfortable with that. Like c'mon, these are teenagers. You don't need to talk about how a family motto is "never trust busty women" or how a young teenager wears baggy clothing so as not to "embarass" other girls. Like seriously. Bust size isn't a competition to establish hierarchy. I like the way the author handles the caste/tier system embedded into the feudal system, but seriously. Some eyeroll-worthy stuff is expected in light novels, but this is just excessive. Why are there bust-focused scenes every 6-8 pages? You can do better than this! I was looking forward to reading the rest of the series, but now I'm really just not feeling it.
