Tori and Jeremy’s love story was a wonderful story of two strangers having a summer fling that ends up having future consequence in Christmas Baby for the Billionaire by Donna Alward, book one in her South Shore Billionaires series. Tori and Jeremy are from different worlds; she being a resort manager while he’s a real estate broker. She lives near Halifax while he lives in New York City. When Jeremy returns to the resort finding Tori pregnant he is not only shocked, but dumbfounded. He never expected to have a family, let alone get married; especially considering his upbringing and his parents. Yet, seeing Tori carrying his child awakens a strong longing for the family he never had. Jeremy is hoping he can convince Tori that there is space for and their baby in his crazy life. Bringing Tori home with him and sharing a magical Christmas might just be the way to go. Hopefully, meeting his family won’t scare her away. I was impressed with how Jeremy grew to not just wanting the baby but also wanting to keep Tori with him; knowing that Tori was clueless about his wealth and not affected by it, just added to her charm. Ms. Alward created Tori to be authentic, not one of those women faking it to capture the rich guy. I was also impressed with Tori and her mother showing Jeremy what a real family looked like, reinforcing his belief that he could have it all with Tori. Ms. Alward wrote a beautiful love story that is not to be missed. She provided a tale rich with emotions, filled with sexual chemistry, wonderful dialogue, and endearing characters giving Tori and Jeremy a chance at finding real happiness, forever love, and creating a family together. I highly recommend Christmas Baby for the Billionaire to other readers and look forward to future books in this series. I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.

This first story of this series is a sweet and touching story about second chances. Tycoon Jeremy and assistance manager of a Canadian resort, Tori Sharpe, met and had a summer affair. Little did either know that that encounter would change their lives forever. Imagine Jeremy’s surprise when he returns to the resort five months later, to a pregnant Tori. Decisions must be made but will their different backgrounds and Jeremy’s loveless childhood, keep them from finding their HEA? An engaging and entertaining story , perfect for the holiday season. I can’t wait to see what is in store for Jeremy’s friends Branson and Cole. I was entrusted a copy of this book. The opinions expressed are solely my own.
