This work collates the eight stories of a Couple Through Time Series. It embraces the life of a couple who share a fantasy adventure in Down Below and the Archon's Castle and ended in the afterlife in To the Beginning and Journey Through Here. In-between the two adolescents help a runaway who lives part of the time Up Above in a dissociated world. Then, in Across the Gulf and Journey into Untime, they go to a shamanic land and discover their love in a deep cave. In "Across the Bay," they find a child, and in an unlikely "In the Wild" adventure in Europe, they rekindle their love. In the penultimate tale, on their second Honeymoon they have an unexpected Vision Quest, On the Mountain. Enjoy this lifetime embrace of a couple's story, a mirror for our own life, which will have a mix of life and magical realism.
על המחבר
The author holds degrees in Philosophy and Counseling Psychology and has an interest in Interdisciplinary studies. During his life he helped found a charter school which used arts integration and emphasized the sciences. He also worked in the area of mental health and advocated for patient rights. Last, he went several times to a remote village in Guatemala on a Sister Parish Project. His varied experiences have become the basis for A Couple Through Time. In these eight fictional works he explores a range of human experience from the worlds of fantasy, depth psychology, travels to exotic land, and what might happen in your own backyard.
