Whimsical story of a cat Augusta usually provides Doyle, her cat, with rice pudding. But once, Augusta forgets to do it. Doyle is hungry and tries to eat the flowers in the garden to satisfy his hunger. Whimsical tale and simple illustrations. Cute story for kids.

About the author

I started illustrating and writing children’s stories in Fiji, where my family and I lived for two years. Finding story books there was a challenge especially during the George Speight coup of 2000. In desperation I used my visual artist skills to create tales for my three-year-old daughter. Ever since our time in Fiji, I have been writing and illustrating stories for my now three kids.
