I purchased this book, I should've known better as the sample would not open either. The download reads there is an error trying to view/open this book... i have followed the get help instructions and still nothing... this is quite frustrating, i have even tried to request a refund which is just as impossible. Please help!

I purchased this book in the last quarter of 2019 - on the contents page it is still saying 'end of sample' even though i purchased the book. How does one sort this out??? 3* rating because this e-book isn't functioning as it should!!!
